Phase 2 - Ongoing
The second phase began in April 2023, and according to the dynamics of the project, its completion is planned for the end of October 2023. During this phase, all the rough work on the project will be completed and the preparation for the production of fine crafts will be done. This phase includes work on lamellas D and E. Also, during this phase, all necessary work will be done to rehabilitate neighboring buildings near lamella B.
Phase 3 - Ongoing
The third phase was started in August 2023, during which the construction site was prepared and all the earthworks on lamella C were carried out. This phase also includes work on lamella B, the start of which is planned for the beginning of December 2023.
Phase 4
The fourth phase will begin to be implemented from March 2024 and this phase will include excavation and construction of the central plateau of the Atrium Residence. During this phase, in the month of May, it is planned to start the works on lamella A, whose work according to dynamics should be completed at the end of September 2024.
Phase 5
Completion of works in February 2025.
