n a quiet weekend settlement Popovica, four kilometers from the center of Novi Sad, a luxury closed complex “Royal Residency” is being built. The project will have more than 9,000 m² of living space, 5 shops and underground floors with 123 garage spaces, but also more than 2000 m² of green areas, which will have an automatic irrigation system and which will be taken care of by a gardener in charge of the complex. Each lamella will have its own pool, and within the settlement there will be walking paths and benches for sitting. Special attention was paid to the youngest ones, who will get playgrounds for children, surrounded by lawns, and in order to make all residents of the complex feel safe, there is a reception at the entrance of the complex with physical technical security, which will guarantee safety to every family.

Due to the fact that the settlement will be architecturally done according to the principle of a cascade system, each apartment in each building, regardless of its position, will have a spectacular view of the city and Fruška Gora.
